Hanabi Summer PokeCamp
Summer 2025 PokeCamp is now open for registrations! We have 11 weeks of camp in Albany, Alameda and Piedmont, starting in 06/09 and going through 08/18. Every week features judo and Pokemon related art and activities. And every participants gets Pokemon cards!
Concord’s Community Youth Center is hosting a developmental tournament for White through Green Belts on Jan 26th. We encourage all of our Honto students to attend!
Hanabi will be closed on Monday January 20 in celebration of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
Hanabi Hiring After Care Sensei
Hanabi is looking to hire a new After-Care Sensei. Hanabi has some of the world’s most wonderful children (I may be biased) and our After-Care Sensei helps them with school pick-up, snack, language arts, origami and more. Hours will be from 1:00 - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. For more information please email dan@hanabijudo.com.
Hanabi Welcomes Northern California
On February 9 Hanabi will be hosting a Developmental Tournament and welcoming judo players from across Northern California. Last time we did this in December we had over 100 participants! The tournament will start at 10 am and should be finished in the early afternoon.
